If you’re like me, you would do anything to get rid of those extra pounds and get harder abs. I’ve tried all types of diets and exercise machines as well as all the miracle health supplements. Well, a while back I watched parts of an infomercial advertising the new Ab Circle Pro. The Ab Circle looked like an amazing machine and the results they were able to achieve on the show were remarkable! I decided that it was time for me to check it out.
If you haven’t seen the Ab Circle Pro yet, click here to visit the official Ab Circle Pro website.
The main questions that I wanted to answer were, Does the Ab Circle really work and, Is it as easy as it looks? Well, I’ve got to tell you that the Ab Circle is great!!! In general, I don’t really trust “as seen on tv” products very much but I do know that many of them do work great. By the way, you should know that I don’t usually get so excited about exercising but this product really makes it a lot of fun.
Here’s a short video that I create when I first got my Ab Circle. Watch it for yourself so you can see how cool and easy it is.
Now, I know some of you might be thinking that the infomercial show seemed to make some remarkable claims. And you’re probably also wondering if you can get those kind of results as well. Based on my experiences, if you follow these tips from the beginning, it is possible to get the maximum results from the Ab Circle (I wish somebody would have told me these things before I started using it).
Here are my tips for getting the most out of your Ab Circle Pro:
One of the most important things is that the Ab Circle is fun to use. The spinning motion makes you feel like you are a kid riding on a swing. For me, having an enjoyable workout that doesn’t take very much time is really important because if I’m bored or if the workout takes too long, you can be sure that the machine is going to be collecting dust under my bed pretty soon. I don’t think I’m going to have that problem with the Ab Circle any time soon.

The thing that I like most though about the Ab Circle is that it provides a quick and effective workout that can be done from home after my kids go to bed. Pull out your Ab Circle, turn on the TV and get a real workout that won’t interfere with your busy schedule.
The biggest negatives about the Ab Circle is that it can be a little hard on the knees if you don’t use some extra padding like a small towel. The machine also moves around a little bit if you try to use it on a hard wood floor. However, I saw these as pretty minor problems that were pretty easily solved.
I know that there are so many people out there that hope and pray that this product really can do all that it promises. And I know that every time you watch the infomercial you wonder if it’s possible that one product can give you such dramatic results? Well, take my advice, now is the right time to stop wondering and go find out for yourself. That’s because the people over at Ab Circle are offering a special limited time offer that allows you to get a 30-Day No Risk trial of the Ab Circle for only $14.99.

For only $14.99, you owe it to yourself to see how well the Ab Circle Pro can work for you. You have nothing to lose.
After you try it, come back and write a comment about how it worked for you!
The Ab Circle Pro looks like so much fun!
i have lost 12 pounds and 18inches in 2 weeks with the ab circle pro!!!! but i also make better eating choices! it really works!!
I received mines 3 weeks ago & the knee cups are not padded enough. My knees were sore for a week! But, I refused to let that deter me so I purchased a pair of volley ball pads to help out. I started on #2 (resistance). It’s not really hard, but, it’s not easy either.
I use it about 4 times a week & I can see a difference in my abs & hips!
It works but you have to be moviated enough to do it.
I have only had the ab circle pro for a week but I really enjoy it. The exercises are very easy to do but also seem to be very effective. I can feel it working my abs already.
I just wanted to mention that this review is inaccurate. The Ab Circle does not only focus on your abs. This machine works the entire core. After using it I feel muscle burn through my abs, back, sides and even my arms. Also, it has another setting that is for the butt and thighs.
I just ordered my Ab Circle Pro about 5 minutes ago. My comments so far are these: The over-the-phone ordering is definitely set up to suck you in and convince you to pay more. They tried to sell me gift cards, extra ab pros, warranties (I ended up with the warranty, even though I’m sure I selected no,) and of course the calorie counter thingie. I figure the 3 year warranty should be semi-safe and hopefully easy and hassle free, should I need it, but because of what I’ve heard about the calorie counter, I declined that option.
I do have high hopes for the machine though, judging by what others have posted. If it falls apart, I’ll be putting that warranty to use!
Oh another thing, apparently they are experiencing “a high volume of orders right now”, and shipping of the ab pros are back-logged. They don’t tell you this though, until after your order is complete. Sneaky sneaky.
I’ll post again as soon as it arrives, and also when I hopefully start seeing results!
I have just received the machine earlier today. I have been on it off and on about six times already, doing about a minute each time. My preliminary review is that the knee pads are a pleasant suprise. I have bad knees and they are especially large. I was fearful that my knees would not fit the cups but they do. the cups are lined with a soft foam material and the outer is a hard plastic. For those who say the screws hurt their knees, may have #1 not screwd them in far enough or #2, did not use the foam screw hole fillers. I am please with the machine thus far. For most of use home gym buyers, something is better than nothing. I like the motion of the ab circle and it gets me off the sofa. I’ll check back in 30 days to update my progress. For 30 days I will only eat right and use this machine to gage it’s effectiveness. So far, I LOVE IT!!!
Every comment that I have read, their knees are killing them! I just ordered it today so I wont get it for a while! I hope that what yall are saying isnt true. I hope that I can loose my love handles and my belly. I will comment again when I do get it. If it does break or fall apart or anything. I will send it back and get my money back if it does that.
I purchased this equipment, and I like it. The DVD gives exercises for all your abs, hips, buns, thighs, and biceps. I can feel the workout in my shoulders and triceps, too. I get a good workout, on a nice piece of equipment, convenient and portable. And the nutrition guide outlines a healthy eating plan, along with information on foods your body needs regularly, how much, and why. If still unsure, order it on the 30 day trial with the option to return. I would recommend this to anyone whose trouble spots are below the neck and above the knees!
It works.
I actually liked the Abcircle machine, I’ve been using it now for 1month and have lost 12pds but I think I would have lost a a bit more if I had kept to the nutrition diet they gave me to get quicker results. Great for the slimming down of the abs.I would recommend it.
I decided to try the ab circle with their 30 day trial. Based on my personal experiences, I wasn’t very happy with it so decided to return it. No recommendation from me.
This machine does feel great when used properly. The first time I used it, I was excited and felt it! I do however, want a routine to get into, but to each is own…..try it, you will definitely like it!
I just received my Ab Circle a few days ago and I’ve used in everyday since. Overall, I feel like I’m getting a good workout but my knees are hurting me from the knee pads. I started putting small towels under my knees for extra padding and that seems to have solve the problem.
Hi Everyone. Okay, so I have had my Ab Circle Pro for 3 days now. I ordered it on a Saturday and it came a week and two days later. Fabulous. So, I put it together. Rather easy even for someone who has trouble with Ikea construction. I used it on both Monday and Tuesday and was somewhat disappointed at first. I had read some blogs where people say they put it right on the hardest level and worked out like that. I tried that (and am in really good shape -running 25 miles a week- and I couldn’t even start on the hardest level. I could not stay on it very long at all because it really hurt my knees. Not a hurt like it hurt INSIDE my knee, but it hurt the outer surface of my knee. So couldn’t stay on long at all. Disappointing. So, today, Wednesday, I thought, what do I have that I could put on the knee thingies to make it feel better? Holy cow, I have knee pads from volleyball. WA-LA! Solved all my problems and now I was just on it for 20 minutes. AMEN. Its a keeper!!
Because I’m skeptical about those infomercials, I read everything that I could about the Ab Circle. Amazingly enough, there were definately more positives than negatives. The only thing that kept coming up was the lack of cushioning for your knees – so, I’m prepared for that. I read from a couple of engineers that had offered their opinion that the construction was surprisingly quite good. Looking at the You Tube video on putting it together and demonstrating it’s use was what totally made up my mind to make the purchase. It only took the guy demonstrating maybe 5 mins – if that, to fully assemble. Afterwards, he got on the Ab Circle and tried it out. He had it on the lowest (easiest) setting and said that not only could he feel the burn, but that he also felt a wonderful stretch of his spine – like you would get with Yoga! At that point, I was convinced and made the purchase via the Ab Circle website. They did, however, try to sell me multiple machines, a calorie counter, a 3 yr warranty, etc., but I declined. I really do think that it will be a good thing – worth the price? We’ll see……..
I have a question. I am seriously considering the purchase of the Ab Circle. I have ad back surgery, and have had several severe injuries to my neck and back. I have bad knees. I’m not physically able to do most exercises, even walking without a good deal of pain. This machine looked like something I might could do. Can anyone give me any feed back, if they have had simular difficulites? Like one of the other people, I have huge knees, so I realize this ma be an issue, but anything else you can provide me will be so helpful. Thank you in advance for all you input.
Wow….So I recieved my Ab Circle Pro on time….and I SYN…IT WORKS!! Its ailttle noisey, and feels like it could have been built a little better.HOWEVER….I swear to you. day 3, and I thought I was seeing things.I DO NOTICE a slight difference In the sides on my stomach. It feels tight and stronger already. Im not going to give my hopes up totally. But so far??? I love it…And would buy it again….That 3 mintes a day thought????Um its more like 10-15….But it really is entertaining, and not boring at all. Turn your favorites show on and 10 minutes will fly. And ugh! I just finished and My abs feel like they were a boxing bag. But in a great way!!!
Ive had this machine for a month.. I did not really have much of a gut or anything.. I just wanted a good ab/cardio type machine for home. The ab circle is worth it’s weight in gold… I am even smaller than before and my stomach is starting to look outrageous…. It still needs to be refined because yes it does seems like it is a bit beatup after some intense workouts… Get it though if you want a machine at home that is fun, easy to use, and gives results
Nowhere on this site does it mention that the full price of this machine is $250. If Infomercialreviews.tv is truly independent and truly has the consumers’ best interests at heart, why does it not mention the exhorbitant cost?
Looking at the review, it seems as if the entire system is $14.95 plus a moderate cost for s/h. I think this review is the scam.
I just got mine. So far so good
You will eventually get hurt. I FLEW OFF THE MACHINE AND HURT MY KNEW. I bought some knew pads, but I’m afraid I will hit my face next time.
