This is a very educational program. Food Lovers teaches you things you usually do not know about HOW to eat the food you are already eating “in a way that causes you to lose weight instead of gain it”. Worth every dime. I lost 15 pounds in the first 3 months. The support of the online community is wonderful, and the tools are what is missing from most diet plans. They have all the bases covered for you. This is the LAST diet plan you will ever look for! Enjoy.
weight loss is easy to achieve if you just do some heavy workouts and a strict diet’;’
but for some that are not physically able to do “heavy workouts” or as in the case of my mother, she cannot go on a strict diet due to med issues — so your way really is not a good one for everyone

Just received my package yesterday. My husband and I are both going to do this program. We have talked to people who are knowledgeable about fat/weight loss and general health, but simply talking doesn’t help you to understand and isn’t very motivating. I think that this package contains a lot of valuable information which will be crucial to our success. I will post at a later date with results…

I started this program 5 days ago. I purchased it several months ago but just wasn’t ready then.
Now I am motivated. Having learned more, I see that this is what I have been searching for my whole life!! It is working and I am eating so much! No points, no weighing, no measuring. NO SENSE OF FAILURE!
The step by step program is a good idea – one adds a new step each day instead of just being expected to know it all at once and dive in. Yet even through this learning phase I am losing.
I intend to get my very obese father on board with this. I think you can teach an old dog new tricks when it comes in a package like this!!
I can tell you it does work. I got the program 2 years ago and it changed my life. I slowly lost the weight (45 pounds over 1 year) while still eating and doing minimal excerise. It’s not really a diet, more of an educational program.
I felt so strongly about it I agreed to be in the infomercial (absolutely free) just to help get the word out.
Oh and I still eat based on the Food Lovers program remain 45 pound thiner and much much healthier.
I have been on this program for over a year. I started at 215 lbs. I am down 53 lbs and it really is pretty easy. I won’t kid you and say you don’t have to make changes and that you can keep eating all the food you eat now in the same way that you eat it now but you are NOT told to stop anything. You may get a smaller portion but so what? I can eat chocolate cake, fried chicken and mashed potatoes on this and have lost weight. I eat smaller portions but that’s what i should have been doing all along. This program helps you get organized, educates you and leads you step by step and day by day. It does work! I went from a 41% body fat to 21% body fat. I will always be grateful for this program. Don’t let negative reviews or reviews from people who have read a website instead of trying it. Take if from a formerly obese 48 yr old woman. Do it and you won’t regret it!
