If you’re like me, you would do anything to get rid of those extra pounds and get harder abs. I’ve tried all types of diets and exercise machines as well as all the miracle health supplements. The main questions that I wanted to answer were, Does the Ab Circle really work and, Is it as easy as it looks? Well, I’ve got to tell you that the Ab Circle is great!!! In general, I don’t really trust “as seen on tv” products very much but I do know that many of them do work great.  By the way, you should know that I don’t usually get so excited about exercising but this product really makes it a lot of fun.

• Use a towel for extra padding on the knee pads.
• Place the machine on a carpet when you use it so it doesn’t move around on the floor.
• Don’t get excited and try to use it too much right when you get it. The Ab Circle works muscles that usually don’t get a lot of exercise and if you do too much too fast, you might hurt yourself. Start slowly.
• Read the directions! This machine isn’t like anything else that you’ve ever used before. If you understand how it is intended to be used, you’ll be sure to get the most out of it. (I know this one sounds obvious, but there are so many people use it wrong and then complain that it didn’t work right)

One of the most important things is that the Ab Circle is fun to use. The spinning motion makes you feel like you are a kid riding on a swing. For me, having an enjoyable workout that doesn’t take very much time is really important because if I’m bored or if the workout takes too long, you can be sure that the machine is going to be collecting dust under my bed pretty soon. I don’t think I’m going to have that problem with the Ab Circle any time soon.

The thing that I like most though about the Ab Circle is that it provides a quick and effective workout that can be done from home after my kids go to bed. Pull out your Ab Circle, turn on the TV and get a real workout that won’t interfere with your busy schedule.

The biggest negatives about the Ab Circle is that it can be a little hard on the knees if you don’t use some extra padding like a small towel. The machine also moves around a little bit if you try to use it on a hard wood floor. However, I saw these as pretty minor problems that were pretty easily solved.
