<p>Millions of people are discovering that they don&#8217;t have to starve themselves or worse, eat food that taste bad all in the hope of losing those unwanted extra pounds.</p>
<p>Developed by weight loss lecturer and guru Robert Ferguson, the Food Lovers Fat Loss system is built around the concept that if we simply cut out the bad food, eat the right food and exercise, we will lose weight. While not a new or unique concept, for some reason the human tendency is to do the opposite.
